Web development and growth, paid from what your site sells

One team for your website, your search traffic and your brand.

We build your site and its checkout, keep both running, and do the search and brand work around them. Our fee is 5% of each sale processed through the checkout we build and run. There’s no retainer.

The inquiry form is on this page. It asks for your name, email and company; the other questions are optional.

Fracture By Design

Storefront rebuild for the fashion label ROTEM THE LABEL

The label designed the site in Base44. We rebuilt that design as a fast static site and wired its Buy buttons to the label’s existing Shopify checkout. The rebuild is on a temporary preview address for now; the live store at fracturebydesign.com is still the label’s Shopify site.

Our part: the rebuild, the checkout links and hosting the preview. The design is the label’s own.

    RegenerateMX

Website in English and Spanish, with its own inquiry handling

Every page is prerendered in both languages, so visitors and search engines get the whole page before any script runs. Inquiries go to a small service and dashboard built for the site.

Our part: web development and hosting.

    BigSkyEats

Food delivery platform for Big Sky, Montana

An ordering API with an admin console and a mobile app, on a server we run. It is in a demo configuration for now, so there are no sales figures to show, and the address below opens the API server’s status page.

Our part: all of it. BigSkyEats is Angel’s own product.

    RegenerateLife

Website and staff console for a U.S. care-navigation service

Inquiries land in a staff console that runs alongside the site. The company’s copy rules are checked every time the site is built: a page that uses a banned phrase fails the check and doesn’t ship.

Our part: web development, the staff console and hosting.

95Lighthouse performance, home page, median of 5 mobile runs

How we measured: Lighthouse 13.5, Google’s open-source page test, scores performance out of 100. We ran it five times on each address shown, with its standard mobile settings, on October 19, 2026, and show the median.

What we do

Three kinds of work, one team

  • Organic growth

Technical SEO fixes, pages written for the searches your buyers make, and a report of traffic and sales by page.

    Report every month

  • Web development and operations

We build the site and checkout, then host and maintain them: security updates, certificates, nightly backups, and a real-browser test of the checkout and forms after every release.

    Build, then ongoing

  • Brand scaling

A design system and launch templates, so new pages and campaigns go out without a redesign.

    With each launch

Pricing

How the 5% works

We charge 5% of each sale processed through the checkout we build and run for you.

What counts
Sales processed through that checkout. Sales you make any other way aren’t part of it.
Card fees
Your card processor’s own fee, at its own rates. It’s listed separately from ours.
Retainer
None.
Regulated fields
Healthcare and other regulated referral businesses get flat-fee work instead of a percentage.
What 5% comes to
Sales through the checkout in a monthOur fee
$2,500$125
$10,000$500
$40,000$2,000
Card-processing fees are not in these figures. Your processor charges them, and they’re listed separately.

Process

From inquiry to launch

  1. Inquiry

Tell us what you sell and where it’s stuck, using the form on this page.

  2. A 30-minute call

We look at your site and your sales numbers together.

  3. A written plan

Scope, timeline and what we’ll measure, in writing.

  4. Build and launch

We build the site and checkout and launch them. Then we host, maintain and grow them.

Fit

Who this works for

A good fit

  • You sell online, or you’re about to.
  • You want one team answerable for the site, the search traffic and the brand.
  • You’d rather pay a share of sales than a monthly retainer.

Not a fit

  • Brochure sites with no sales to share.
  • Healthcare and other regulated referral businesses, on a percentage. Fee-splitting rules can make a share of patient or referral revenue a problem, so we offer these businesses flat-fee work instead.

FAQ

Common questions

What counts as a sale?

A sale processed through the checkout we build and run for you. Sales you make in other ways, such as in person, by invoice or on a marketplace, aren’t part of the 5%.

Are card-processing fees part of the 5%?

No. Your card processor charges its own fee at its own rates, and that fee is listed separately from ours.

Is there a retainer?

No. We’re paid through the 5%, or through a flat fee for healthcare and other regulated referral businesses.

Can we pay a flat fee instead?

Flat-fee work is what we offer healthcare and other regulated referral businesses in place of a percentage. If you’re in another field and want to ask about it, say so in your inquiry.

Who would we be working with?

axi0 is Angel Melendez’s studio. The projects on this page are Angel’s work, apart from the Fracture By Design visual design, which is the label’s own.

How are the sites on this page hosted?

On a cloud server we manage, with Cloudflare in front of it. Certificates renew automatically, and the data these sites store, such as inquiries or orders, is backed up.

What should we put in the inquiry?

What you sell, where your sales come from today and what’s stuck. A link to your site helps. Only your name, email and company are required.

Inquiry

Tell us about your business

The more you tell us about what you sell and where it’s stuck, the more specific our reply can be.

  1. We read it, and your site if you add the address.
  2. We reply by email. If it looks like a fit, we suggest a 30-minute call.
  3. After the call, you get a written plan.
